Welcome to BlockWalk! By downloading or using the app, you agree to follow these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

BlockWalk is a health and productivity application that helps you build healthier habits by blocking access to distracting apps until you complete your daily step goals. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the blocking mechanism, or engage in any activity that disrupts the intended functionality of the app.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app, its features, or these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

BlockWalk accesses your step count data from Apple HealthKit and uses Screen Time controls to block selected apps. All health data remains stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties. By using BlockWalk, you grant permission to access your step count solely for the purpose of determining when to unlock your selected apps. We do not claim rights over your health data or sell it to anyone.

BlockWalk is not liable for any loss, damage, missed communications, or consequences resulting from blocked app access. You are responsible for configuring appropriate app selections and step goals. Emergency services and the Messages app are exempt from blocking by default to ensure your safety.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the app.
